The Central Processing Center Team distinguished itself through extraordinary performance by markedly improving the efficient and effective pre-employment processing of their government agency’s new hires from October 2017 to June 2018. The Central Processing Center Team has demonstrated outstanding performance and executed superior customer service in support of the agency’s hiring initiative by completing pre-employment processing from more than 900 candidates, working collaboratively with counterparts in the Office of Security, and utilizing new tools and methods to streamline the hiring process. Department of Defense Consolidated Adjudications Facility, Army Division (DOD CAF Army)
PCG provides adjudication and support services to the Department of Defense Consolidated Adjudications Facility, Army Division (DoD CAF Army), formerly the U.S. Army Central Clearance Facility (CCF). PCG personnel security experts staff the CCF Call Center responding to approximately thirty two thousand (32,000) calls and three thousand six hundred (3,600) emails annually. Our full time team of expert’s process inquiries and requests received via telephone and e-mail from Army Security Managers worldwide regarding eligibility of Army personnel to access classified information and facilities. They utilize the laws and regulations governing personnel security (e.g. Privacy Act of 1974, Executive Orders, DoD Directives and Army Regulations) in order to adequately, instantaneously, and appropriately respond to queries from the field providing essential support to the mission performed by Army personnel worldwide. The PCG DOD CAF Army Call Center team conducts case research and analysis using a variety of systems, including the Joint Personnel Adjudication System (JPAS), the Clearance Adjudication Tracking System (CATS), the Defense Central Index of Investigations (DCII) and the DOD Employee Interactive Data System (DEIDS) to provide Security Managers with the most accurate, up-to-date information and support possible. PCG team members take necessary actions to instantly update and revise records in the personnel security adjudication systems to ensure that Army personnel in the field have the access they need to perform mission-critical functions. The PCG DOD CAF Army Call Center team adds value to Army operations by performing a vital function that supports the DOD CAF mission and ensures compliance with Intelligence Reform and Terrorism Prevention Act (IRTPA) requirements.
Department of Defense
PCG provides Technical Forensics and Exploitation support services to the Department of Defense. This effort requires PCG personnel to perform services in support of Weapons Technical Intelligence (WTI) on Improvised Explosive Devices (IEDs). This support includes providing Program Management support services, Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD), and Electrical Engineering services in support of US Foreign Policy.
PCG provided Subject Mater Expertise (SME) in support to the U.S. Army G-3/5/7, DAMO-OD, G-38, Adaptive Capabilities and EOD Solutions (ACES) Division. PCG expertise in Improvised Explosive Devices (IED) and Counter Improvised Explosive Devices (C-IED) supported ACES’ mission in defeating IEDs. PCG expertise in Asymmetric Warfare Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs) facilitated worldwide IED, and C-IED operations by monitoring and coordinating with the Army Operations Center Crisis Action Team, the Army Staff (ARSTAF), and the Army Service Component Commands (ASCCs). PCG developed and provided technical expertise in the development of Army policy and training on C-IED Alternative Compensatory Control Measures (ACCM) Programs. PCG expertise in IED and C-IEDs added value to the Army’s mission of Attacking the Network, Defeating the Device, and Training the Force. Since 2009, PCG has developed solutions to meet each of these three lines of operations in helping defeat enemy networks.
PCG provides high quality customer support services, administrative and program support services to the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) at the New Jersey Filed Office of the Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS). These services are related to the delivery of Farm Bill programs under the supervision of the District Conservationist. PCG provides information and guidance to program applicants and participants, reviews program documentation, analyzes problems and takes necessary corrective actions. PCG assembles and manages case files, processes payments and provides quality assurance for these processes providing efficiency and value to the USDA NRCS mission.
PCG and the University of Maryland, Baltimore County partnered to develop a Medical Informatics software application program for the Veterans Administration on Multiple Myeloma. The software was developed and tested for the PC Tablet and VA Enterprise environment using MS SQL, which included training modules, pre-test, and post-test features. PCG software engineers implemented an export function for pre- and post-test scores, and a web-based dynamic reporting feature that provided learning indicators and comparisons between different participant groups and the entire population. The system was integrated to the VA Enterprise MYHEALTHeVet hosted web site.
